POSITION SUMMARY :
The Head of Consumer Marketing, Dermatology will be responsible for the development, execution and performance of the Dermatology consumer strategy across all current and future Dermatology indications.
This role will work closely with the Global Brand team and cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Dermatology consumer marketing team.
This role includes providing strategic leadership of the Dermatology consumer marketing team. This individual will report to the Head of Marketing for the Dermatology franchise.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strategic direction for the US Dupixent Dermatology consumer and leadership to the brand team to enable development, alignment and execution of strategy across all current (AD & PN) and future Dermatology indications.
Lead development of consumer competitive strategy to address current and future competitors.
Key strategic partner with the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the Dermatology HCP marketing team.
Key strategic partner with the US medical, TLL and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the Dermatology consumer marketing team.
Accountable for agency relationship to drive value, innovation and impact to support consumer strategy, while maintaining a critical lens on spend.
Lead strategic alignment of Dermatology consumer strategy in linear TV and streaming channels.
Clearly communicate and champion Dupixent brand strategy with key stakeholders internally and across the alliance.
Inspire the team to embrace play to win behaviors in every aspect of their work.
Encourage innovation by setting and cultivating a culture that embraces failing fast and thoughtful risk taking.
Champion simplification and make critical decisions to simply and create efficiencies for the entire marketing structure.

PIVOTAL EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, franchise management, and business transformation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships.
Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.
Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Dermatology, or Biologic experience is a plus.
