Your responsibilities:


  • Telephone product and tariff consultation for individual service packages
  • Clarification of customer inquiries
  • Preparation and sending of offers
  • Handling of all written correspondence
  • Data maintenance in SAP
  • Invoice verification and clarification
  • Implementation of tariff changes and price adjustments
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Complaint management
