Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
