Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
