Selectek is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a mechanical engineering and industrial equipment background. This role will ask the Project Manager to be responsible for managing the project schedule and communicate internally with the project team and externally with vendors and customers. This position will ensure that all projects assigned are processed through the organization maintaining all scheduled dates and equipment quality using sound engineering and business practices and will monitor all assigned projects financial performance and ensure that the projects stay within budget.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Maintain the project equipment list per the project procedure

Work closely with the customer after the sale to ensure a successful project

Responsible for communicating the financial status of all assigned projects with management

Manage and maintain the project schedule

Maintain and update project schedules and tasks daily

Develop and coordinates project schedules with engineering, design, manufacturing, and vendors

Ensure all project invoices are sent on time and payment is received in a timely manner.

Answer for all budget deviations on assigned projects

Oversee the project equipment list and requisition the purchase of all required items for an assigned project

Control P&ID internal workflow and review project P&IDs per the application/sales and process engineers design

Attend customer or internal weekly project meetings if applicable

Ensure that solid engineering judgment and appropriate standards are followed on an all assigned projects

Submittal requests of all project drawings to the customer, engineering, and manufacturing

Communicate the project schedule with the customer / end user

Required:

BS Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited four-year university

5+ years of Project Engineering or Project Management experience for Industrial projects/equipment

Strong communication skills

Pay Range: $33/hour $38/hour ($68,600 - $79,000 annual salary)

Term of assignment: 4 Month TTD

Location of job: Marietta, GA 30066

Hours/Shift: Flex time offered by 1-hour M-F 8-5 is core

Work from Home/remote: No

Overtime: Possible, but not on a regular basis

Travel: Very limited

Work Attire: Business Casual
