Training as a Notary Assistant (m/f/d) at Three Oaks

Start an exciting training as a legal and notary assistant (m/f/d) at our Berlin location in September 2024.

Your responsibilities:

You will support lawyers and notaries in the front line - whether it is preparing contracts, processing notarial deeds, or assisting in court proceedings

You will be in contact with clients, authorities, banks, and courts and assist in correspondence with them

You will quickly learn how to prepare and follow up on meetings and notarizations, as well as create invoices according to the Court and Notary Fees Act and the Lawyers' Remuneration Act

You will also handle general and organizational secretarial tasks
