Responsibilities:

Your heart beats for training in the skilled trades and you are passionate about promoting and supporting the personal development of the participants entrusted to you? You have the ability to motivate others, coordinate projects, and successfully participate in tenders? Then you are in the right place in our team at the Training Campus of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts in Cologne


You will coordinate a small team of social workers and trainers, plan measures efficiently, and ensure the implementation of programs such as the Cologne Education Model, career orientation, and other projects while adhering to formal framework conditions.

You will confidently manage certifications, statistics, and billing. You will maintain contact with relevant stakeholders and advise interested parties and participants.


What we need:


  • A successfully completed degree in (social) pedagogy, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in independently and successfully managing educational projects
  • Ideally, a coaching qualification or qualified further training in the field of communication
  • Good organizational skills and a careful and structured approach
  • Basic understanding of business administration
  • Professional use of MS Office products
  • Empathy, communication and teamwork skills, confident and friendly demeanor, and resilience
