IT Support Analyst
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Executives, Executive Assistants, and IT colleagues.
- Coordinate and support Executive events and meetings.
- Monitor all IT support requests and respond to them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate or solve systemic issues proactively.
- Manage the Executive's expectations by providing clear and accurate communication.
- Provide enduser training to the VIP to enhance the overall enduser experience.
- Ensure all IT policies and protocols are followed.
- Ensure all support activities are documented in the IT Service Now tool.
- Demonstrate experience in white glove technical support of Executives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Zoom, Exchange, IOS, Mac OS, Windows OS, Teams, SharePoint, Windows, Service Now, Active Directory, Imaging,
- Experience troubleshooting network devices, mobile devices, desktops, and printers.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams.
- Great customer service experience
- Strong business acumen
- Undergraduate degree and 46 years relevant experience, or
- Graduate degree and 24 years relevant experience.

$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
