- The Project Coordinator candidate will perform consistent and accurate entry of written and electronic data into various client systems. Additionally, they will provide assistance to the Program Management team on budget status of projects.
- Collaborative prioritization with Program Management Team and create meeting summaries
- Track and communicate budget risks and opportunities
- Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers, communicate with stakeholders
- Maintain team procurement intake form and execute on requests
- Create, maintain and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Create, maintain and update team web-based Wiki
- Create and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executions
- Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on time
- Point of contact for stakeholders which may include both internal and external customers
- Business reporting, data validation and analysis, including but not limited to: PO's, inventory, liability, customer orders, forecast, and ushering contracts through appropriate channels.
- 3-5+ years of relevant Coordination/Project Management experience
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Ability to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partners
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Procurement background
- Some Finance Background - Ability to track finance and budgeting
- Ability to manage and store documents efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
