    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The SVP, Client Services is a leadership role in our Performance Marketing division. In this role, you'll work in tandem with our SVP, Digital Strategy to grow agency relationships with our largest and highest profile performance and growth clients. This individual will lead executive level client relationships and new service expansion, as well as guide staffing and thought leadership in pursuit of optimal digital performance.

    Our ideal candidate is equal parts client services leader and digital marketer who has a passion for innovation and storytelling with a natural aptitude for team leadership, strategic collaboration, relationship building, and driving growth. This individual relishes forming meaningful relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & programmatic advertising teams.

    Client and Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the Executive Sponsor for the largest clients in our portfolio
  • Help top clients overcome marketing challenges, navigate the changing digital landscape, and serve as a trusted advisor on AI, 1P data strategy, new digital media expansion & digital media measurement
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive growth through full funnel, data driven, and holistic digital marketing for portfolio of clients
  • Provide POV on prominent topics like 1P data strategy, iOS 14 impact, new digital media channel expansion, upper funnel measurement & more
  • Support team members during key impact moments such as planning, QBRs, and ad hoc meetings
  • Develop strategy and help integrate new service lines (Media analytics, creative strategy, reporting products, etc.) into existing client accounts
  • Leverage media vendor partnerships (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) to strategically elevate client portfolios by identifying growth opportunities through data and research
  • Support new client pitches & business development efforts

    • Internal Agency Operations

  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for accounts and P&L for team performance
  • Staffing guidance for new client wins
  • Create frameworks and playbooks of standardization for internal team growth and efficiency

    • ABOUT YOU

    Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working in digital media and client strategy
  • 5+ years in agency roles with client-facing responsibilities
  • Experience owning client relationships in an agency setting with a focus on client retention and growth
  • Comfortability speaking to digital media best practices, growth strategy and industry trends
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences, ideally with both eCommerce and B2B companies

  • Relationships with executives at large performance advertisers
  • Comfort working with clients in order to drive change within an organization and account team
  • Exposure to SEO, ABM, App & CTV advertising efforts (in addition to search, social & display)
  • Ability to travel for client and internal meetings, up to 10%

    • Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.

    Salary Range$200,000—$250,000 USD
