We are seeking a Recruiter for the Department of Personnel Marketing and Vocational Pastoral Care in the Personnel Management Division, starting on April 1, 2024, with a full-time employment of 100%, and an indefinite contract.


The Personnel Management Division of the Main Department of Personnel provides comprehensive personnel work for employees in the Bishop's General Vicariate and its affiliated institutions, as well as for employees in Pastoral Services.

It develops innovative concepts and tools and makes them available to other actors in personnel work in the Diocese of Aachen.

The Department of Personnel Marketing and Vocational Pastoral Care strategically profiles and positions the Diocese of Aachen as an employer in the job market.

It develops and manages identity-based, internally and externally effective tools for personnel recruitment and employer marketing.
