    Seeking an Administration Assistant / Design Assistant.

    Busy retail Kitchen Cabinet showroom

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Plan and schedule appointments.
    • Greet and assist clients.
    • Answer inbound telephone calls.
    • Perform office tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration / clerical work / other related fields
    • Customer Service / showroom experience
    • Experience with Quickbooks is beneficial.
    • Experience with 2020 Design software beneficial.
    • Familiar with all MS Office Applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Willing to train the right candidate.
