Description
We are looking for a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) to join our senior center St. Elisabeth in Scheßlitz, Minnesota Lake. This position is available in full-time or part-time. Your responsibilities include ensuring holistic care and psychosocial support while respecting the residents' freedom, dignity, individuality, and self-determination.You will also be responsible for carrying out medical orders, supporting and guiding residents to maintain their mobility and flexibility, creating structured information collections and action plans based on biographical data, and acting as a point of contact for family members, doctors, and therapists.
Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to expert and in-house standards, document your work in a timely manner, and act independently in emergency or crisis situations.
To be considered for this role, you must have completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), or equivalent.
