We design and manage advertisements on channels like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other channels; for some of the fastest-growing startups in the world.

CoEfficient Labs is looking for a paid acquisition apprentice to join our award-winning team of designers, growth hackers, and data scientists.

What are the Main Responsibilities?

• Paid acquisition strategy, media plan creation, & executive reports for clients
• Work with our Data Lead to manage & optimize client media plans and budgets on a daily/weekly basis
• Ongoing communication with Data Lead
• Help create weekly executive reports for clients
• Defend/explain our experiments when successful or unsuccessful
• Be ready to offer suggestions on a variety of marketing disciplines
• Be the goto source for insights, learning, and advertising analysis
• Creative brainstorms, data analysis & team communication
• Work with a creative team to come up with ad concepts
• Work with the data team to analyze & interpret client data
• Build ongoing processes

Qualifications:

• Specialty in visualizing data and designing presentations.
• Ability to navigate ad platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Accountability and flexibility with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
