    Description

    The Flowery - Assistant General Manager Position

    • Execute store opening and closing procedures efficiently and accurately.
    • Oversee daily operations while handling operational challenges and escalations.
    • Provide comprehensive recaps and reports to the management team.
    • Resolve any cash, POS, or product issues that arise.
    • Maintain meticulous records of all dispensary activities.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, state, and local laws.
    • Support management and Compliance teams during state inspections or audits.
    • Enforce store policies and ensure thorough staff training.
    • Mentor and guide team members as needed.
    • Conduct internal audits for the dispensary and team.
    • Maintain a clean and well-organized dispensary and vault.
    • Handle patient orders accurately and ensure compliance with packaging requirements.
    • Assist with various store tasks as needed.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead and perform physical tasks.

    Starting Wage: $45,000/year salary. The Flowery provides yearly evaluations and benefits for full-time employees after the probationary period. Starting wages depend on experience and other factors.
