Job Description:
We are currently seeking a tax advisor to assist with the preparation and filing of taxes for a client in Jamestown, NC.
The client requires assistance with the submission of a plusvalía application to two municipalities, as well as the inheritance tax for 9 properties distributed among 7 heirs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tax forms for the plusvalía application and inheritance tax
- Communicate with the client to gather necessary information and documentation
- Provide tax advice and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in tax preparation and filing
- Knowledge of plusvalía and inheritance tax laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients remotely (online and by phone)
