- The Credit Analyst will be required to support the Credit Management team in the maintenance of a portfolio of direct enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include the collection, investigation, and prompt resolution of all customer disputes and deductions.
- The Analyst is expected to participate in various process improvement teams and assist in the credit analysis process. The Analyst will also be required to perform some departmental support tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel. SAP knowledge is a strong plus.
- The Analyst will be expected to multi-task, solve, prioritize, and work to a very high level of accuracy. They should also be capable of self-management and learning, with a focus on willingness to learn additional systems.
