- Air monitoring as specified by job site
- Asbestos inspections
- Conduct on-site observations and recommend safety work practices
- Generate reports as needed by the job site
- Minimum of 2 years environmental experience to include asbestos inspections
- Ability to calibrate, and run air monitoring meters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
- Ability to do 1099 on-call projects
- PA Asbestos License (current) required
- NIOSH 7400 required
- First Aid CPR AED certification required
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking often on rough terrain.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
- Ability to stoop, crawl and bend
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Background check and potential drug screening required for the position
- Overtime and flexible working hours may be necessary based on project demands
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance
