Emily West Village is currently seeking BARTENDERS to join their team! Bartender Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
Prepare drinks following signature recipes
Follow Emily's Steps of Service guidelines
Enter orders accurately into the Breadcrumb POS system
Have a good understanding of the menu and drinks available
Communicate guest requests to the kitchen staff
Complete opening and closing tasks
Keep the work area clean and tidy
Maintain a positive attitude while serving customers
Prioritize safety for yourself, colleagues, and guests
Follow company policies and procedures
Complete any other tasks assigned by management

Bartender Qualifications:

At least 1 year of bartending experience in a busy restaurant
Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Previous experience handling cash, providing great customer service, resolving issues, and being adaptable
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate effectively with colleagues
Passionate about hospitality and the food & beverage industry
Flexible schedule availability
Capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 lbs, with frequent bending, reaching, and standing
