Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and plating as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Experience:
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Please note that this position may also involve occasional banquet bartending duties, assisting with bussing tables, and providing hospitality services in a hotel setting.
