Job Summary:

The Server is the face of our restaurant and is ultimately responsible for our guests' experiences.

Servers need to be quick on their feet with top notch multi-tasking abilities while always maintaining a polite and friendly attitude.

It is the responsibility of the Server to strive for excellence, providing the highest quality of service to maintain and attract guests.

Server MUST have open availability including weekends.


Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to guests promptly upon arrival / being seated
• Maintain working knowledge of all menus and assist guests with selecting food/beverages
• Anticipate all guest needs and manage guest expectations
• Collaborates with all team members to ensure smooth execution of service
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and run multiple forms of payment (including managing a personal cash bank)
• Ensures adherence to The Pressroom's established service model and provides stellar overall guest experience
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all work spaces, tools, and equipment throughout service
• Adheres to all ServSafe, USDA, PLCB, and RAMP laws and codes at all times, as well as O.N.E. Hospitality Handbook Guidelines
