- Updates and maintains Custom Fit database.
- Maintains and audits company files according to Custom Fit policies and procedures.
- Schedules classes, ensures timely acquisition of books, supplies and curriculum materials.
- Assists with the collection of Custom Fit invoices.
- Provides customer service, support and clerical functions for Custom Fit companies, instructors, and students.
- Prepares and submits timecards, appropriate training documents, contracts and reports.
- Follows processes necessary to maintain integrity of the Custom Fit database and filing systems as assigned.
- Enters data into Custom Fit database including student enrollments and session scheduling.
- Creates and distributes monthly Custom Fit newsletter.
- Enters training information into Eventbrite.
- Enters data into the college student information system including student enrollments and session scheduling.
- Performs various clerical duties as assigned.
- Works cooperatively within the College community.
- Supports and participates in Innovation Center activities.
- Helps manage the reservation system for Innovation Center equipment and work spaces.
- Meets with employers in the region on an ongoing basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to build rapport and develop partnerships.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and database).
- Demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Other: Occasional travel required (four-county region, Wasatch Front).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support roles, data entry, or other related industry experience.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsible for data entry and clerical work in the Community Relations department. Duties include managing Custom Fit data entry and fund distribution in a way that is consistent with College and State Custom Fit policies and procedures. Provides support for community courses and business training, and the Business & Innovation Center, particularly in data entry and tracking.
