"Summary:
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for the group.
Develops and maintains financial models for various business units and projects.
Analyzes financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Supports the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Conducts periodic audits of budget items to actual expenses
Prepares capital expenditure budgets and forecasts
Analyzes performance of business verticals and product lines for profitability
Prepares ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Assists in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Builds business metrics and dashboards
Continuously improves financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Prepares financial reports for senior leadership and Board.
Performs other related duties as requested by the Chief Financial Officer
Education and Experience Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service skills
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
