Handyman Needed for Real Estate Development Office:
This is not a full time position. We have projects on and off. Some months you will have several days of work and some months, none at all. This is not meant to replace your main source of income.
We are currently hiring a skilled and reliable handyman for intermitent jobs. Some months we may have several projects and we may have nothing for months. By no means is this full or part time.
In this position, you will be required to assist us with both basic and intermediate repair and maintenance tasks with little to no supervision.
This individual would have strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time-management skills.They would be required to act professionally at all times while on-site, maintain the cleanliness of all workspaces, and respond to clients' requests promptly.
This individual would be required to purchase all appropriate material for job tasks prior and be reimbursed once the job has been completed.
The following are required for this job:
- Moving/transporting office/home furniture and supplies in/around buildings and grounds
- Responsible for basic building repairs such as painting, plastering, carpentry, changing bulbs, locks/keys, hanging pictures
- Have basic hand tools
- Have dependable transportation to and from work (preferably a truck)
