We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences with fresh, flavorful ingredients and a commitment to quality service.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our Headquarters team and support our operations department.
-Responsibilities:_
- Support the operations department in developing, updating, and documenting policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across all restaurants.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication with stores regarding operational updates and policy changes.
- Gather relevant information from stores to understand locationspecific needs and challenges.
- Develop training materials and upload into LMS to facilitate consistent training practices.
- Conduct regular audits of timekeeping records and payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to address operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including administrative tasks and training coordination.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and standards.

Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, education, Industrial engineering or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (highly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) (required)
- Proficiency in excel is a plus.
- Techsavvy individual with a curiosity for discovering efficiencies and exploring new tools to enhance training programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
