Job Description:

Together with the management and another project manager, you will work hand in hand (from the office or from home) and be responsible for the following areas of responsibility:

Recruiting

Screening and qualification of new employees
Conducting telephone interviews
Organization and planning of onboarding

Employee support

Management of the hiring process (including contract creation)
You are the first point of contact for all employees in all matters
Administrative tasks (processing vacation requests, issuing work certificates, recording hours, etc.)
Planning and implementation of small team events

Disposition

Demandoriented disposition of employees at project/assignment level
Creation, review and processing of all projects in our planning system
Pre and postprocessing as well as advertising of individual projects to employees (including postprocessing and hour processing)
Account management and partner support
