Apprenticeship as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for our HYUNDAI dealerships in Berlin Hohenschönhausen, Schöneweide, Bernau or Spandau

Whether it's 2 or 4 wheels, the motorization that allows us to roll down the streets needs someone who understands it inside and out. When it's time for a regular inspection, a dent or damage, we bring our vehicle to our trusted workshop to get back on the road as soon as possible.

As an Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), your workplace is the workshop, where you handle customer orders of all kinds. Your tasks include maintaining vehicles, performing inspections, and creating reports. To identify and fix damages or system malfunctions, you will learn to use specialized measuring, testing, and diagnostic systems to get an accurate picture. You will also be responsible for repairing any damages found.

Customer contact is crucial. It is where your job begins and ends. The customer should always be informed about ongoing repairs and costs. Especially when a part needs to be replaced, you need the customer's approval, as it could be costly for them.
