Your tasks
You will handle and advise on complex customer inquiries.
In our IT systems, you will set up tariff data and build up billing-relevant data.
You will create complex contract letters and adjustments in the sales-owned CRM. You will keep an eye on offer deadlines and fixed terms.
Monitoring payment transactions is also part of your responsibilities,
