Mission:

As Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Planning & Design Europe, your mission is to play an active key role in our packaging design process, using your expertise in the automotive industry to develop and optimize our complex logistic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and coordinate the packaging design process, considering technical and commercial requirements
Plan outbound and inbound logistics for new projects, including JIS requirements
Coordinate the development of supply chain layout, materials, and workflow planning for new projects
Collaborate with customers and suppliers to coordinate call off concepts and project-specific IT architecture
Manage and develop supply chain methods for new projects
Lead and manage a team of supply chain designers in Europe
Implement continuous improvement processes and analyze best practices across projects

Competencies & Requirements:

Master's degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a management position in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of all areas of logistics, with experience in JIS
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
Ability to work independently and with a target-oriented approach
