    Shipbuilding & Repair

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager at Donjon Shipbuilding located in Erie, PA. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring nesting & construction packages are correct and issued when needed. Working with supervisors, project managers and naval architects to help develop build strategies that coincide with our abilities and limitations.

    Qualifications

    • Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills.
    • Experience in 3D modeling and shipconstructor preferred.
    • Knowledge of Integration processes
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in shipbuilding industry is a plus
