Responsibilities
- Examine contracts to assure conformity to compliance requirements.
- Ensure documents are signed and completed accurately.
- Ensure customers were presented with documents that accurately represent their agreement concerning the purchase of the vehicle or repair services rendered.
- Ensure dealership is using the compliance checklist to ensure they meet all applicable legal and finance regulations and requirements.
Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership as a Contract Clerk - required
:
- Strong understanding of automotive billing process, including vehicle titles, registration and finance contracts.
- Proficient in using dealership managements systems and billing software (CDK preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.

Hiring Requirements
