Description
We are seeking a R&D Equipment Coordination Lead (m/f/x) for our R&D Operations and Services department. This is a full-time, permanent position with a union tariff. The job code is R-222878.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a crucial role in our new and modern research and development building, M600, located in Marburg, Germany. Your main responsibility will be to overcome challenges related to R&D equipment and increase laboratory productivity. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that R&D equipment management services exceed expectations. This will allow R&D employees to focus on advancing research for innovative, safe, and patient-focused treatments and drugs.
The Role
- Define processes and responsibilities for R&D facilities and lab equipment maintenance, taking into consideration legal, regulatory, and economic requirements, in order to increase productivity
- Establish and maintain processes for selecting and procuring new lab equipment, systems, technologies, or platforms related to R&D equipment
- Act as a liaison for operational needs, translating them into business initiatives and implementing operational plans and best practices for policies, processes, and governance
- Manage relationships and budget with R&D equipment service providers and act as
