Description
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Maintain office policies as necessary
- Assist on property showings and inspections at apartment building
- Act as boots on the aground assistant to company controller
- Correspond with local municipalities on building codes, plans and permits
Skills:
- Proficient and experienced in banking
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication
- Front desk management experience for greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
