Fountain Square of Lompoc is a reputable assisted living facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents.

We prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being, ensuring they have access to transportation services to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate facility vehicles to transport senior residents to medical appointments, recreational outings, shopping trips, and other destinations as needed.
Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures related to transportation services.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or special requests during transportation.
Communicate effectively with staff members and residents to coordinate transportation schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Qualifications:

Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience working with seniors or in a similar transportation role preferred.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with senior residents.
Excellent driving skills with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to traffic laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
