Description

For the Product Development Cell Line, Media & Testing Solutions department, we are looking for a Technical Assistant (x|w|m) for CLD CHO/HEK at our location in Ulm. This position is available full-time at our Ulm location.

Grow with us - Your responsibilities

Active participation in the laboratory implementation of current research projects in the field of cell line development
Cultivation and generation of recombinant cell lines CHO/HEK using cell biology methods (including transfection, single cell cloning, clone evaluations (scale 250ml)
Preparation, execution and documentation of biochemical and molecular biological work (e.g. DNA and RNA isolation, ddPCR, Western Blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, etc.)
Responsibility for laboratory and analysis equipment and general laboratory tasks
Development of work instructions and SOPs
Support in training new employees and interns

Your qualifications

Degree as a Technical Assistant, Laboratory Technician or Bachelor in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field
Sound practical knowledge in cell biology, immunology and molecular biology methods, such as ddPCR and ELISA
Previous experience in AAV production would be advantageous
