  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee all retail operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage employee discipline and performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Handle hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Address customer concerns and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor effective customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Availability and Flexibility:
  • Maintain open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adapt schedule as needed to meet the demands of the business.
  • Membership Sales and Account Management:
  • Actively promote and drive membership sales.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records related to sales, employee performance, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:


  • Proven sales experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and detailoriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and retail operations.
  • Experience in employee discipline, hiring, and payroll.
