We are looking for IT specialists (m/f/d) in full/part-time for the areas of IT management, digitalization, and processes to support us in planning and implementing our IT infrastructure in Urbandale, IA.

Responsibilities:

Management of used (SaaS) applications in the company
Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software
Documentation and conception of digital business processes
Planning and implementation of new software and IT solutions
Connecting standard solutions via interfaces (Zapier)
Developing and implementing automations for daily tasks
User training and support
Error analysis and troubleshooting
