Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Continuously process all orders received throughout the day, transmitting order details to the warehouse. Stay on top of order statuses to ensure timely fulfillment.

Purchase Order Management: Handle all incoming B2B purchase orders (POs) promptly. Reply to all POs, and communicate with the team regarding any backorder issues.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all B2B representatives, responding efficiently to IMs and relaying their requests to the warehouse. Ensure clear and effective correspondence regarding order processing, adjustments, and inquiries.

Data Entry and Tracking: Maintain a detailed spreadsheet for all orders, reconfigurations, and work orders, notifying the warehouse of any updates. Manage the documentation and tracking of B2B orders requiring special attention to prevent backorders.

Customer and Sales Support: Assist in the verification and updating of customer information, including tax exemption statuses, account statuses, to ensure accuracy in order processing. Support sales representatives by providing necessary PO information and facilitating communication with customers as needed.

Warehouse Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and the warehouse, ensuring a smooth operational flow. Regularly update and communicate with the warehouse team regarding the status of orders and the processing queue.

    nventory and Backorder Management: Coordinate with suppliers to manage backorders and update inventory spreadsheets, specifically handling endofday procedures with manufacture to prepare for incoming shipments.

Qualifications:


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field (or) 3+ years of logistics experience.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain discipline (i.e., logistics, order management, purchasing, etc), preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Familiary with inventory management processes and procedures.

  • Customer service mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in all correspondence.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP software (NetSuite/Salesforce or similiar).
