    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Campaign Specialist (REMOTE) to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our solar products and services, generating leads, and closing sales through various outreach strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with potential customers via phone and email to introduce our solar solutions.


    • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and the specifics of our products.


    • Generate leads and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.


    • Follow up with prospects and handle objections to close sales.


    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.


    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.


    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in solar regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.


    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.


    • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.


    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.


    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive hourly rate plus commission.


    • Flexible scheduling with the option to transition from part-time to full-time.
