• The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during scheduled work periods in long-term care, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
• Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as needed, while creating positive dining experiences.
