At the Dual University, you will be taught the fundamentals of economics and business administration, as well as knowledge of cost and performance accounting, organization and personnel, business management, and internal value creation. The focus of the program is on sales, customer, and consulting-specific content. The content is rounded off with modules on sales and order management for consulting services, integrated service management, and controlling. In addition, the program includes seminars on project management, business simulation, intercultural competence, rhetoric, and presentation.

In the practical phases, in the first year of study, you will be placed in the departments of goods in/out and work preparation, allowing you to get to know our core business. You will also gain knowledge in financial accounting, including payment transactions, as well as cost and performance accounting.
In the second year of study, the practical content of the program focuses on customer care and the entire order processing. You will take on the planning, control, and monitoring of our service processes and learn about the most important content of materials management in the purchasing department.
In the third year of study, your practical assignments will take place in our human resources department as well as in finance and accounting/controlling.
