Job Description

  • In your role, you will handle private and public law construction and planning inquiries (external planning inquiries) on behalf of our clients
  • You will develop and review statements and plans (analog/digital) for these construction projects and plans (in particular "plan approval procedures" or higher-level official procedures)
  • As part of this process, you will coordinate and conduct coordination with various operating areas, specialist departments, and third parties
  • You will also handle/accompany/coordinate various special tasks to support the operating areas and specialist departments (e.g. "electrical interference on the gas pipeline network")
  • You will participate in on-site appointments for the specific implementation of the reported construction projects and other measures in the area of the supervised supply facilities. This includes, among other things, official discussion appointments
  • You will support the further development and process optimization of workflows in network information

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of surveying, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • You ideally have knowledge of applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations as well as legal provisions (DVGW regulations, BauGB, etc.) and initial experience in the field of private and public law procedures
