About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to support clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, and automotive industries in New Carrollton.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being a competent point of contact for these clients and developing a valuable and trustworthy partnership through consistent customer orientation
- Taking responsibility for acquiring customer projects in our manufacturing solutions, specifically in programming machining processes (CAM)
- Understanding customer requirements in the manufacturing environment and finding solutions within our software and service portfolio
- Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Working closely with colleagues in our service organization (application specialists, consultants, IT specialists, developers, and project managers)
- Taking over the execution and implementation of projects after successful acquisition.
