Schedule:
Monday–Friday | Normal PST Business Hours
Our client, a globally recognized technology leader, is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager for a 3-month contract engagement supporting high-impact growth initiatives across its advertising platform ecosystem.
This role will lead a critical pivot to a "Spike & Sustain" growth strategy — balancing social discovery and cultural relevance with sustained product adoption and measurable revenue impact across millions of SMB advertisers.
Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own product positioning, go-to-market execution, and integrated campaign strategy to drive education, engagement, feature adoption, and incremental revenue growth.
You will serve as a subject matter expert on advertising products and measurement solutions, translating complex AI-driven capabilities into clear, scalable marketing strategies.
This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels — interpreting data, validating market opportunities, and executing medium- to large-scale campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the "Spike & Sustain" Growth Strategy
Design and launch social-first discovery initiatives (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
Drive sustained adoption through lifecycle marketing channels including email, in-product alerts, and app notifications.
Support feature adoption and cross-sell initiatives within the ads ecosystem.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Leadership
Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Lead marketing planning discussions and prioritize portfolio initiatives.
Drive go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.
Incorporate user insights into product and marketing strategy.
Campaign & Channel Management
Manage medium- to large-scale integrated campaigns.
Determine optimal channel mix and optimize performance.
Evaluate campaign results and drive iterative improvements aligned to OKRs.
Measurement & Analytics
Lead incrementality testing and A/B experimentation.
Validate market opportunity, revenue potential, and growth impact.
Define and track quantitative and qualitative business metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Creative teams.
Collaborate with agencies and production partners for scalable content execution.
Translate AI and automation trends into actionable marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Product Marketing
OR 3+ years of direct Google Ads experience.
Proven track record executing social-first growth strategies.
Strong paid media experience.
Experience with incrementality testing and data-driven optimization.
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.
