Marketing Manager IV – HYBRID in Mountain View CAInitial 17-month contract
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager IV to lead marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and support organizational objectives through innovative marketing programs.
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
The ideal candidate is a proactive marketing leader with strong project management skills, experience managing complex marketing programs, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, vendor management experience, and the ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals and organizational priorities
Manage marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives from planning through execution
Coordinate marketing activities including advertising, digital campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, and partners
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and optimize strategies
Monitor marketing performance, track KPIs, and provide reporting to leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and leadership
Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Support marketing communications, branding, and promotional efforts
Provide leadership and guidance on marketing strategy, planning, and execution
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of marketing experience, including managing marketing programs or initiatives
Strong experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
Experience managing vendor relationships and external marketing partners
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and marketing platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing marketing campaigns in large or enterprise organizations
Experience with digital marketing, brand management, or event marketing
Experience managing marketing vendors, agencies, or external partners
Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives
Experience leading marketing programs or mentoring team members
