Company Overview

DRS Marlo Coil manufactures robust heat transfer, refrigeration, and air handling equipment for industrial, commercial, utility and marine markets. Our custom engineered heat transfer solutions are used in a variety of configurations to cool, heat, and dehumidify air streams for process and building comfort. We pride ourselves on having equipment on most surface combatant ships and submarines in the U.S. Navy fleet. Job Responsibilities

Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program
Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules
Assist in developing new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate
Assist with proposals efforts
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and related technical training with 3 years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
Experience with MS Project preferred

U.S. Citizenship required.
