Job Description


With your knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian, you will take on part of the day-to-day business in dispatch and help to further expand the market in Eastern Europe.

You will be responsible for customer service, subcontracting, and communicating with drivers.


Your tasks will mainly include:

  • Efficiently solving the needs of our customers in Ukrainian/Russian and German
  • Organizing transports and ensuring efficient and timely execution
  • Supporting our drivers in Ukrainian/Russian, German, and English
  • Networking with our transport partners in Eastern Europe
  • Assisting with marketing efforts

Requirements
In addition to your knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian and enjoyment of the work, the following is important to us:

  • Excellent Ukrainian or Russian at a native level (C2)
  • Very good German and good English in spoken and written form (at least B2)
  • Completed studies (e.g. languages, humanities) desirable
  • Good analytical skills and a systematic approach
  • High customer orientation
  • Good beer pong skills would also be helpful
