    IT Support Analyst I at Navia


    Are you passionate about providing top-notch IT support to internal and external users? If so, Navia is looking for an IT Support Analyst I to join their team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $48,000 to $50,000 per year.


    Position Summary:


    The IT Support Analyst I will be responsible for managing tickets and calls efficiently, aiming to reduce ticket counts and prevent ticket reopens by effectively troubleshooting issues and requests. The primary focus will be on enhancing customer service experience and satisfaction.


    Essential Functions:

    • Manage ticketing queue and projects.
    • Configure equipment for New Hires & Replacement equipment.
    • Coordinate and execute IT asset lifecycle activities.
    • Implement IT efficiencies and self-service.
    • Respond to IT and end users for issue resolution.
    • Perform IT Audits/governance.
    • Handle imaging, Bitlocker, data recovery, and backups.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Assist with hardware and software vendor management.
    • Collaborate with IT Support Lead and ServiceDesk Manager.
    • Communicate effectively with management and internal teams.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Windows 10 and MS OS knowledge.
    • Bitlocker experience.
    • ManageEngine Imaging.
    • Experience with JitBit ticketing systems.
    • Active Directory familiarity.
    • O365 skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Teams and Amazon Connect.
