    Energy Optimization Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced Energy Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies to improve energy efficiency throughout our organization.
    Schedule: Monday - Friday Location: Hybrid/JH at Keswick FLSA Status: Exempt Department name: Engineering & Energy Personnel area: University Administration

    - Lead projects from conception through implementation stages ensuring timely completion within budget constraints while maintaining high levels of quality standards; incorporate best practices into existing processes as well as develop new ones when necessary.- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sustainability initiatives renewable resources staff members plus other stakeholders involved in decision making process related resource allocation optimization needs analysis findings presentation recommendation action plan execution follow up evaluation review progress monitoring metric development setting performance indicator system establishment regular reporting meeting set agenda minute taking issue discussion resolution documentation communication public relation stakeholder engagement customer satisfaction enhancement customer relationship building employee retention strategy workshop facilitation team coordination mentoring trainee coaching guidance support supply chain management procurement contract negotiation risk assessment mitigation contingency planning financial forecasting data analytics information technology infrastructure network security assurance compliance audit regulation enforcement industry benchmarking market research competitor analysis business case creation proposal writing grant applications submission report preparation pre-post project reviews post-project evaluations lessons learned document collection knowledge sharing collaboration tools utilization group meetings status updates handover session closure- Develop recommendations based on identified gaps between current state desired outcomes leveraging external expertise available internal resources exploring innovative solutions utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar approaches if needed;- Ensure seamless integration all activities managed align organizational objectives encourage active participation employees foster open culture ideas innovation experimentation resilience adaptability continuous learning growth spirit entrepreneurship flourish maintain competitive advantage-the ability apply expert analytical thinking critical problem solving create communicate complex concepts visualize solve complexity design optimize metrics monitor evaluate establish fact-based evidence driven results.
