Transdev in Baltimore, MD (Charm City Circulator) is hiring a Utility Worker/Service Employee. The Utility Worker/Service Employee is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
- $ $22.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay scale)
- Starting pay $21.50 with progression to $22.50 over 2 years.
- Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
- Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles when needed
- Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids when needed
- Assist with routine building maintenance tasks such as painting, minor plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs.
- Clean and maintain facilities, including restrooms, offices, mechanical rooms, and outdoor areas.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, snow removal, and general landscaping.
- Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
- Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; bend, kneel, or crouch
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise cleaning fumes
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
