    Core Catalysts, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team.

    As the Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our firm.

    This role requires a strong understanding of the management consulting industry and a proven track record in business development.

    You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our client base.

    Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our team to develop tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each client.

    Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their strategic objectives Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to expand our client base Collaborate with the consulting team to develop proposals, project plans, and pricing strategies Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and establish strong industry connections Keep abreast of market dynamics, industry best practices, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development within the management consulting industry In-depth knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering tangible results Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Work From Home
